What information does 27plug process?

27plug is a social network, and we provide that service by operating an app where people can share short videos and make livestreaming. It is an app where users can challenge one another through videos. Users can leave comments on videos and lives, they can also send gifts

What does 27plug collect about me if I use the mobile App

When you use the mobile application, we will collect location information about your longitude and latitude. That information helps us to identify your physical location for statistic procedures.

We, or our third-party advertising partners, may also collect and use your device identifier to serve relevant ads to you through the App.

How long will 27plug keep my data?

We keep your personal information only as long as we need it for legitimate business (as set out above) and as permitted by applicable law.

Where does information with?

We may share aggregated information with such parties as Foursquare that includes your personal data (but which doesn’t identify you directly), together with other information including log data with third parties for industry analysis and demographic profiling and to deliver targeted advertising about other products and services.

27plug has implemented appropriate security measures to protect and prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control, including your personal data. Our technical experts at 27plug work hard to ensure your secure use of our site.

Where is my personal data kept?

We want you to be able to access 27plug wherever you happen to be in the world. To enable us to provide that service, we operate a global network of servers including in the US, Hong Kong, Czech Republic and Russia. The hardware is located in third-party data centres but is owned by 27plug. Data collected by advertising partners may also be held outside the European Economic Area. We ensure that the data is adequately protected by ensuring that valid, legal mechanisms are in place such as: EU approved model clauses (which can be found here), US privacy shield certification (more information can be found here); and implementing robust contractual standards.
